具備國際市政環境工程咨詢項目如世行和亞行貸款項目背景,具體如下:

1. 碩士以上學歷，具備5年以上工作經驗；
2. 具備項目管理和施工管理的工作經驗；
3. 可獨立領導項目團隊的工作；具備良好的職業道德和責任心;
4. 英文熟練運用;能獨立完成相關報告,和業主溝通及協調能力強;

駐地工程師

應聘者應具備城市環境改善項目管理經驗，熟悉國內工程建設實施和招投標的程序和要求，具有一定的協調能力，能獨立開展工作。

資質要求：

• 應聘者應熟悉世行和亞行以及國內有關環境監測和環境管理方面的政策和要求,包括但不限于：環境盡職調查、土壤和地下水調查和修復，環境影響評價，環境風險管理；
• 良好的中英文溝通能力；
• 中英文環境報告的編寫。

路橋工程師

（全職）

應聘者應至少具備土建工程專業資質，碩士資質，以及曾接受路橋安全及或路橋安全審計培訓者尤佳。應聘者如對世行和亞行及其他多邊貸款的路橋基礎設施項目有廣泛的項目經驗將優先錄用。

應聘者在路橋項目（包括BRT項目）的規劃、設計和實施上應至少有3年的工作經驗。應聘者應熟悉FIDIC條款。

市場開發部經理

負責公司的環保業務開拓工作，針對環保行業發展，提出業務開拓方面的具體實施方案；

計劃、組織和實施業務開拓的各項具體工作；

具有較強的環保行業人脈關系，定期進行市場調研，研究同行、業界發展狀況，定期提交市場情況分析，為公司決策提供依據；

建立并完善市場部團隊，規范工作流程，擬定各項制度并保證實施；

對團隊進行培訓和指導, 完善激勵考核制度，保證團隊業務目標的達成。

任職資格 ：

• 環保、市場營銷、機械等相關專業本科以上學歷，有BOT、TOT或環境保護工程總承包運營經歷者優先；

Junior and Senior levels of Business Development Staff

Job Description:

Easen International Co. Ltd. (Easen) is a comprehensive environmental engineering and consulting company based in San Diego, California, USA that has strong local presence and professional track record in China. Easen has been providing high quality professional services of international standard for many of the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Asian Development Bank (ADB) and United States Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) financed projects in China. Easen’s China Operation is now looking for several top level candidates to join its team in China to be responsible for Easen’s business development and marking activities (e.g., coordination with clients, particularly government officials, promoting Easen’s business in multiple sectors such as water, wastewater, solid waste, and environmental management, etc.). A qualified candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor degree in related areas of study, be a self- starter with a strong passion for marketing and business development and be willing to travel. A candidate who majors in environmental related area, displays a good personality and professional image, and/or has some demonstrated marketing and inter-personal skills will be preferred. We also welcome fresh college graduates and foreign candidates (such as from USA or other countries) with a strong potential for marketing and business development to apply. This position will report directly to the General Manager and Deputy General Manager with direct and frequent contact with CEO for corporate initiatives.
